oh  my lord what happen !! i donn’t even know how to work this site anymore!! i  know i haven’t been on in a while… but… i am lost!!!

i hope all is well and things are going good in your ends of the world, weight loss, hmmmmm whats that!! i haven’t truly been back on track since my cruise back in april,, alot going on in my world , and well i wish i had time to sit and  understand this site,..but i don’t know if i will have the patience these days to  sit and get it.. just come back from 10 days in north carolina rented a beach house in nags head , had a great time and well back on vacation in 7 more days i don’t even know why i went back to work,, by the time i get my act together ill be gone again, but mike and i are doing great. haven’t been on any program,i guess i’ll  be back  to sit and take a good look at this site, i hope you all are well..
